Marie Zykowski has a lot to offer as a CT real estate agent.  She brings added value to her clients by being a knowledgeable and experienced financial advisor.  To start, she studied Accounting at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield where she received her Bachelors degree.  At the University of Bridgeport she got her MBA in Finance.  Her thesis was on Variable Rate Mortgages.  That, she says, was when she should have gotten her Connecticut real estate license.  She has always had an interest in houses and a flair for interior decorating that needed an outlet for creative expression.  Later, she worked as a corporate controller for companies in Fairfield County, CT.  “I feel I have an edge over most realtors as I bring with me the knowledge of being able to talk to people financially and help them even work out closing costs.” says Marie.”

Now after two years in real estate, Marie believes she has found a comfortable new niche. “Everything that I have learned through my education, business and life experience is certainly a plus,” she says.

Marie enjoys a peaceful home life peppered with reading, gardening and just relaxing with family and friends.  She is very knowledgeable of the towns in and around Fairfield County having grown up in Bridgeport.  She specializes in the areas around Trumbull, Shelton, Oxford and Monroe.  According to Marie, “I like working with people and helping to make them happy concerning real estate decisions and opportunities.  I love houses and all the potential they have for building lifelong memories.  Our homes are a big part of our lives.  Special attention and concern goes into finding the right match.”
