Lou to me defines "realtor". He should be in Webster's dictionary. If all realtors were like him we would have a hard time choosing one. This guy is so professional and personable, it's comforting. Not once did Lou "push" us into an unfavorable situation. He definitely doesn't work for the commission.

He works for the passion of the business. Lou Lebda is the kind of guy I want in my corner when I am making such a major decision in my life. He went above and beyond and literally "jumped" every time I called him. Never once did he say, "Sorry-I can't make it today". You will not find another realtor like this. He is the best kept secret in CT.

He was there every step of the process for both the sale and purchase of the 2 homes involved.....and I cannot even recall all the times he called just to "t ouch base" and make sure "everything was okay". "More than just realtors" should be your new slogan for your company with his face on the poster. This was my wife's first experience with a realtor. Lou Lebda has built an extensive customer service career on professional integrity, honesty and perseverance. After working his way up through the ranks of management for a well known retail food corporation Lou decided it was time for a change and joined UPS where he worked for over 27 years.

After retiring from UPS, Lou decided to apply his business talents and people skills to real estate. Lou worked for an established real estate firm in Norwalk for more than 7 years before joining RQ.
