Kris Patterson is a people person. As she says, “It’s all about the people, their faces. There’s nothing like seeing the faces of new homeowners when they move into their first home. Kris grew up in Maine. Perhaps that explains her “down-to earth” nature. She has worked in people-oriented businesses all her life, from serving as a waitress to working as a fitness instructor and manager for the Elaine Powers company. Her business career has flourished because, as she says, “I’m the kind of person that when I do something, whatever it is, I do it right.”

Kris is also a family person who loves to spend time with her grandchildren and their friends. She volunteers her time with the children at school and at camp doing arts and crafts. She also enjoys the creativity of remodeling her own home.

As a resident of Milford for 25 years, Kris knows a great deal about the community. If you have any questions, she is the agent for you!
