Jason Adamoski
An eclectic assortment of interests combined with a fortuitous turn of events led Jason Adamoski to RealtyQuest and a full time career finding homes for people here in Southern Connecticut. For over fourteen years Jason worked as a computer network specialist serving a number of Fortune 100 companies and real estate firms one of which was RealtyQuest. Years of exposure to buying and selling homes from the computer side of the business piqued Jason’s interest. It just so happens that his other primary interest is home improvement and remodeling, everything from sheetrock and tile to carpet and siding. So, making the transition to real estate sales was effortless.
Jason brings a lot to the table for his real estate clients. First, his computer background gives him an advantage when it comes to delivering timely information on new homes in the marketplace. “My response time is quick and consistent. I can find the opportunities fast for both buyers and sellers, and get that information to my clients as soon as it becomes available with daily e-mail service from the office and by Blackberry. The technology doesn’t slow me down”, says Adamoski. Secondly, Jason’s home improvement expertise enables him to give his clients valuable advice on the condition of homes that are on the market by detecting flaws in workmanship and aging components that might need replacing down the road, critical issues that could affect the selling price or perhaps avoid unexpected expenses after a deal is made.
Jason currently resides in the Bridgeport area and focuses his work for RealtyQuest in the communities between Fairfield and Shelton. Having grown up in Stamford and living all his life in Fairfield County makes him a valuable resource for anyone seeking to relocate or sell a home within this south western corner of Connecticut. According to Jason, “My commitment is to do what’s best for my client. I never push anyone to make a deal that they are not absolutely comfortable with. An unsatisfied customer does not make for a successful real estate transaction regardless of the profit that is to be made.” |
