Happy New Year 2018!

Happy New Year!

As 2017 becomes history, I am extremely grateful to all of our clients. For example – the expecting couple we helped to find their first home in Norwalk, the retirees who downsized after 30 years in Darien, the architect and builder for whom we found the perfect waterfront property on Holly Pond and the many others I would like to thank for their business in 2017. It’s not unusual for RealtyQuest agents to forge close relationships with their clients in a very short time.  We bring our skill, enthusiasm and knowledge to each home purchase or sale.  Caring for our clients like family members is core to our mission. We understand that your trust in us is a gift as you navigate the crucial decisions and negotiations for your home purchase, sale or rental. Helping you realize your dreams makes the uncertainty of working in this ever-changing real estate industry worthwhile.  Your success is our reward for a job well done.  As 2018 begins, my hope is for a better match of supply and demand for housing here in Southwestern Connecticut.  The strong job market nationwide should boost confidence and enable greater turnover of homes at all price points.  The new federal tax code and our state’s fiscal pinch make predicting the future direction of real estate prices in Connecticut difficult. But when you take a hard look at the options, Fairfield and New Haven county Connecticut towns offer a wonderful mix of housing, employment, education and quality of life.  The experience of living here is rewarding to us in every way. From all of us at RealtyQuest, here’s to a happy and prosperous New Year!  May 2018 be your best year yet.
