Before entering Real Estate in 1999 David worked in the advertising industry as an art director / art supervisor in the creative departments of several major NYC advertising agencies. He also ran his own creative services company in Westchester County and Connecticut. It’s this marketing experience, and ability to use these techniques and learned values to market and sell properties, that separates David from most other real estate agents.
The current real estate market is in flux, both real and perceived. While first time buyers are extremely fortunate that they do not have to concern themselves with selling a property before buying one, they have to contend with the new paradigm in qualifying and procuring a mortgage. While this market is not permanent, it’s a current condition that we’re all trying to make the best of. For that reason it’s very important to find a sales agent that does more than just unlock doors for you. In these times there is more need for an agent as well as a consultant, one who will lead you through the process so you are comfortable with your purchase and confident that all will be taken care of.
David is a full time real estate agent, seven days a week, at your convenience and can be found in the office unless he’s out with a customer/client. |
